REMAN ROAD standardized dump trailer remanufacturing workflow covers full disassembly, structural repair, component renewal and strict factory testing to restore the dump trailer to near-new performance standards.
- Complete stripping: Dismantle the entire 3 axle dump semi trailer, remove tires, axles, suspension, hydraulic cylinders, braking system and cargo box; sandblast all steel frames and box bodies to strip rust, old paint and surface impurities for thorough flaw inspection.
- Structural calibration & reinforcement: Detect cracks, bending and deformation on main I-beam and cargo box via non-destructive testing; straighten distorted frames, weld reinforcing plates on weak stress points, replace severely worn box panels with thickened wear-resistant manganese steel.
- Core component replacement: Discard all aging, fatigued parts; install brand-new heavy-duty axles, suspension assemblies, hydraulic lifting cylinders, brake chambers, ABS valves and brake pads. All replaced spare parts meet original factory heavy-duty specifications.
- Anti-corrosion coating: Spray epoxy anti-rust primer after polishing, then apply thick wear-resistant topcoat for double-layer anti-rust protection, adapting to humid, muddy and corrosive mining environments.
- Assembly & functional testing: Reassemble all components, install reflective taillights and support landing gears; conduct full hydraulic lifting tests, load bearing simulation and dual-circuit air brake debugging.
