Full Disassembly and Condition Evaluation

We completely disassemble the entire dump trailer, including the cargo box, main frame, rear hinge assembly, hydraulic cylinder unit, suspension, axles, brake system and electrical parts. All fatigued, deformed, leaking and severely worn components are eliminated. Only qualified main steel structures are retained for professional refurbishment.

Full Sandblasting and Defect Exposure

The whole frame and cargo box are fully sandblasted to remove rust, old paint and surface oxidation. This process reveals hidden cracks, metal fatigue and bending deformation on the beam and box body, ensuring all structural defects can be repaired thoroughly.

Frame Straightening and Structural Reinforcement

We perform non-destructive testing on the main I-beam and cross beams. All deformed frames are precisely straightened. Key stress areas such as the lifting support point, rear dumping hinge and box bottom are reinforced with thickened steel plates to solve common problems like frame bending and box bulging under frequent heavy tipping.

Cargo Box Wear-Resistant Upgrade

Worn floor plates and side plates are replaced with high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel. Reinforcement ribs are welded evenly on the box body to improve rigidity, impact resistance and anti-leakage performance. The optimized box structure adapts to frequent loading and unloading of ore, stone, muck and aggregate.

Complete Hydraulic System Renewal

We replace aging multi-stage hydraulic cylinders, oil pipes, sealing parts and hydraulic power units. All renewed hydraulic components meet heavy-duty standards to ensure stable lifting, uniform force, no jitter and no oil leakage during long-term continuous tipping operations.

Chassis and Brake System Overhaul

Old axles, suspension assemblies, leaf springs and wear bushings are fully updated. The dual-circuit air brake system and ABS system are completely overhauled with new brake pads and valve parts. Strict air tightness testing ensures reliable braking under heavy-load and rough road conditions.

Anti-Corrosion Spraying and Surface Finishing

After fine polishing, the whole trailer adopts epoxy anti-rust primer and thick wear-resistant topcoat double-layer spraying. The high-adhesion paint effectively resists mud, mineral corrosion and outdoor weathering, greatly extending the service life of the dump trailer.

Assembly, Calibration and Safety Installation

All structural parts, hydraulic systems, chassis components and electrical systems are reassembled in strict factory standards. Rear hinge positions, locking mechanisms and safety protection accessories are installed and calibrated to ensure accurate dumping angle and stable overall structure.

Functional Testing and Final Inspection

We conduct repeated hydraulic lifting and lowering tests, full-load simulation tests and brake system debugging to guarantee stable tipping, balanced stress and sensitive braking. Only trailers that pass all performance and safety inspections can be delivered.
